TradingVibe provides a cryptocurrency sentiment analysis API that ingests news, analyzes with AI, and exposes data for BTC, ETH, and SOL. Our service includes hourly data ingestion, GPT sentiment analysis, and secure data storage.

4. API Usage

All API endpoints require an API key. We set usage limits based on your subscription tier. By using our API, you agree to:

• Not attempt to reverse engineer the API
• Not exceed your plan's usage limits
• Not redistribute the raw data without attribution
• Not use the API for any illegal purpose
• Not create services that directly compete with TradingVibe using our data
• Not engage in automated scraping or data extraction from the TradingVibe website as an alternative to using the API service

While our website displays partial sentiment data for informational purposes, systematic scraping of this data is prohibited. Users requiring programmatic access to sentiment data must use our official API with an appropriate subscription plan.

5. Data Attribution

If you display data from our API on your website or application, you must provide clear attribution to TradingVibe as the data source. This can be done by displaying "Powered by TradingVibe" with a link to our website or a similar acknowledgment. You should also comply with the terms and conditions of any original news sources you may link to from our data.

6. Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately. To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions in your account dashboard.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. TradingVibe is not responsible for financial losses that may result from API downtime.

TradingVibe provides sentiment analysis based on news headlines and is not financial advice. The information provided is for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. Trading cryptocurrency involves risk, and you should consult with a financial advisor before making investment decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on TradingVibe, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TradingVibe and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that material accessible via TradingVibe infringes on your copyright, you may request removal of those materials by submitting a DMCA notice. Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner; and (e) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

11. Limitation of Liability

TradingVibe and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service or $100, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify and hold TradingVibe harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our service or violation of these terms.
